POSTAGE &
SHIPPING
All postage rates are calculated by the weight
of each item ... postage is automatically combined for purchases of
more than one item! Postage costs will be displayed for your order at
the start of checkout process.
UK Delivery
For UK deliveries (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern
Ireland) we use either Royal Mail First Class delivery,
Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or
Royal Mail Special Delivery. A signature will
be required upon delivery for Recorded and Special Delivery
items.
If for some reason your parcel fails to arrive you should contact
us and we will investigate this for you.
CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
You have the right to cancel your order. Cancellation must be made
within 7 working days from receipt of goods and starting the day AFTER
your goods are received.
If you need to return any item, please contact us
immediately. Please wait until we send you a confirmation email before
you return anything to us.
Please note the customer is responsible for the cost of return
postage.
Once
received by us we will then refund your payment
within 30 days less the cost of postage.
Please note we
cannot be held responsible for breakages.
